Kaire Mbuende

Kaire Mbuende (born 28 November 1953) is a Namibian politician and diplomat. Mbuenda has been the Namibian ambassador to the United Nations since his appointment in August 2006.^[1] An ethnic Herero, Mbuende has been a high-level member of the ruling SWAPO Party of Namibia since 1974, when he became the information officer in Lusaka, Zambia.^[2]
